Novathon: Intesa SanPaolo

University project in collaboration with Intesa Sanpaolo regarding the development of Fintech service tailored for students. Selected among the best 5 projects of the class.

Teamwork as Leadership Mindset

During my career, I have had the opportunity to work with multiple teams, different in gender, age, nationality and educational background. This allowed me to learn transversal skills to maximize my work abilities. Especially they gave me the possibility to develop a leadership mindset which goes beyond the traditional hierarchical approach, embracing instead a collaborative and inclusive one, based on shared values, open communication and leading by example.

My life is a work in progress

If I had to describe myself I would probably say that I am a curios man. I’d like to explore different culture and different world to try to understand this complex society. It is for this reason that I’ve choosen to pursue my bachelor degree in economics before and my graduate in Marketing now.

My path has been characterized by constant growth and learning to improve myself both professionally and personally. Today, I feel ready to have new experiences and set myself new challenges, to not stop this ongoing process.

As an HR Administrator Intern at Rocco Forte Hotels, my role was crucial in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth functioning of various HR processes within the organization.
My experience at Rocco Forte Hotels undoubtedly offered me valuable insights into the world of hospitality and HR management letting me to explore the complex world behind the organization.
I had the opportunity to experience an internationally developed working reality, learning to relate to the various departments and the different hierarchical levels. I am very happy and proud of this experience which has allowed me to test my self and grow.
